Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences` staff had the opportunity to participate in facilitation training. The aim of the training was to make the project and company driven workshops more efficient.
Training focused on the methods and tools of facilitation to provide more interaction and better outcomes for project workshops with companies. The training develops one's professional skills as a group leader and learns to improve interaction and decision-making in the group.
Based on the feedback, the training was well organized and it provided valuable tools to the staff members.
