In today's fast-paced business landscape, agile organizations require effective leadership more than ever before. With this in mind, on October 11, 2022, EcoAction project partner FHV incorporated the workshop "Leadership for Startups" into the EcoAction initiative. This workshop aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and insights to implement effective leadership practices while also embracing self-organization within their startups. How to be a good leader! The primary objective was to provide startup members with an inspiring and motivating environment, enabling them to explore and discover new avenues for initiating innovative businesses. By fostering a supportive space, we sought to encourage creative thinking and empower participants to forge their own paths towards entrepreneurial success.
