On June 9, 2023, EcoAction partner FHV organized with the FemPower Community to bring the project "Fear-Setting-Training" into the EcoAction initiative. This workshop was part of a series of training workshops focused on empowering and self-development for women. It serves as a bridge, connecting established initiatives for women with those seeking a supportive and inclusive environment. The primary objective of the Fempower Community is to cultivate a strong sense of unity, offer unwavering support, and provide valuable resources. It aims to establish an empowering environment where women can flourish and inspire one another to reach their full potential.
Set sail on an exhilarating 4-hour workshop, empowering women and aspiring entrepreneurs to conquer fear through an engaging and enjoyable experience. Held on a pirate-themed ship, participants navigated their fears with hands-on techniques and a canvas exercise. Led by the dynamic pirate couple facilitators, the workshop fostered a safe space for open discussions and concluded with reflection, networking, and Q&A.
