Often we forget the most important thing - ourselves - because of our motivation. However,
you can only reach your goal safely if you know when to step on the gas or when it's better
to slow down. Your business can only be successful in the long run if you are in your own
power because your mental and physical health is your foundation.
This journey is not a sprint, but more like a marathon. That's why it's so incredibly important
to set yourself up well and take care of yourself so you don't run out of steam along the way.
In the 3-hour training (15:00 - 18:00) we will give you impulses, tools, and exercises from
mental and mindfulness training. These will help you to take yourself along on the road to
success. Through an interplay of theory and exercises, you can take your personal insights
from the training directly into your everyday life and integrate there sustainably.
Because next to your limits and needs, your energy is probably the most important currency
for your business.
The training will take place on 13.10.2023 at the FHV in the library (Hochschulstraße 1, 6850
Dornbirn) in building D (entrance via building B). We would like to point out that there are
only a few parking spaces available at the FHV campus. We are looking forward to seeing
